(一)在體研究:
整體(全身)暴露:被普遍認為是最接近模擬人的現實暴露的方式。對PM2.5暴露來說,目前主要有濃縮暴露系統和非濃縮(現實濃度)暴露系統。代表性參考文獻如下:

經鼻暴露:多為將顆粒物溶入細胞培養液中經鼻腔暴露,比較“機械”但仍屬于“經氣管”的渠道。代表性參考文獻如下:
